Muesli almond Smoothie with berries
Ingredientes para 2 copos:
7 Teaspoon oat flakes
10 Teaspoon natural yoghurt
150 gram blueberries
100 gramas de amoras silvestres
2 ripe bananas
200 milliliter whole milk
100 milliliter almond milk
1 Teaspoon honey
Preparação:
- Primeiro descasque as bananas e as quebre em pedaços
