Mango Smoothie with Coconut Water
Ingredientes para 2 copos:
3 Mangas
1 Pêra
1 small bunch flatleaf parsley
300 milliliter coconut water
Preparação:
- First peel the mangoes and roughly chop the flesh
- Wash, core and quarter the pear
- After that, wash the parsley
