Mango pear Smoothie
Ingredientes para 2 copos:
2 Mangos
2 Pêras
300 mililitros de água
Preparação:
• First peel the mangoes and remove the flesh from the core
• Now wash the pears, core them and cut them into pieces
• Now put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender and puree
• Finish by pouring the Smoothie into the glasses and serve
