Lamb’s lettuce mango Smoothie
Ingredientes para 2 copos:
2 Mangos
1 punhado de alfaces de cordeiro
1 Teaspoon chia seeds
300 mililitros de água fria
Preparação:
· First peel the mangoes and remove the flesh from the core
· Wash and clean the lettuce
· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
