Kiwi Smoothie de toranja

Ingredientes para 2 copos:

2 Toranjas

2 Kiwis

1 Banana

300 mililitros de água fria 

Preparação:

· First peel, core and dice the grapefruits

· Peel the kiwis and cut them into pieces

· Now peel the banana and cut it in half

· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
