Coconut Kiwi Smoothie plus banana
Ingredientes para 2-4 copos:
3 colheres de chá de óleo de coco
3 Kiwis
1 punhado de alfaces de cordeiro
1 punhado de espinafres bebês
1 Banana
300 mililitros de água fria
Preparação:
- First peel and quarter the kiwis
- Peel the banana and cut it in half
- Wash and clean the lamb’s lettuce and baby spinach
- Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
