Blood orange strawberry Smoothie
Ingredientes para 2 copos:
2 Blood oranges
200 g de morangos frescos
2 Pêras
300 mililitros de água fria
Preparação:
· First peel, core and fillet the blood oranges
· Wash and clean the strawberries thoroughly and cut them in half
· Then wash, core and quarter the pears
· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
