Blackberry Smoothie with chamomile tea
Ingredientes para 2 copos:
200 gram blackberries
100 gram blueberries
1 Pêra
300 ml camomile tea
Preparação:
- First boil the tea fresh and let it cool
- Sort and wash the blackberries and blueberries
- Then wash, core and quarter the pears
- Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
