Banana Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients for 4 glasses:
2 Bananas
125 gram blueberries
125 gram blackberries
5 colheres de sopa de iogurte natural
300 mililitros de leite integral
Preparação:
- Primeiro descasque as bananas e as quebre em pedaços
• Sort and wash the blueberries and blackberries
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and serve
