Avocado Smoothie with coconut water

Ingredientes para 2 copos:

2 Abacates

1 Banana

300 ml de água de coco 

Preparação:

· First halve the avocados, pit them and roughly chop the flesh

· Peel the banana and cut it in half

· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
