Iogurte de manga Smoothie de coco e banana
Ingredients for 4 glasses:
3 mangos
1 banana
5 colheres de chá de iogurte natural
2 colheres de chá de óleo de coco
300 mililitros de leite de coco
Preparação:
• First peel the mangoes and roughly chop the flesh
