Chia spinach Smoothie with pears

Ingredientes para 2 copos:

4 Tablespoons chia seeds

2 Pêras

1 punhado de alfaces de cordeiro

300 mililitros de água fria

Xarope de agave 

Preparação:

· First wash and core the pears and cut them into pieces
