Green Smoothie with ginger

Ingredientes para 2 copos:

1 punhado de alfaces de cordeiro

1 punhado de espinafres bebês

1 Abacate

1 pequeno pedaço de gengibre

2 Teaspoon chilli flakes

250 ml cold water 

Preparação:

· First wash and clean the lamb’s lettuce and baby spinach

· Peel the ginger and cut in half

· Now pit the avocado and roughly chop the flesh

· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
