Breakfast Smoothie with macadamia nuts
Ingredientes para 2 copos:
2 Bananas
1 handful oatmeal
1 handful macadamia
7 colheres de chá de iogurte natural
300 milliliter oat milk
Preparação:
- First peel the bananas and break them into pieces
