Ginger yoghurt Smoothie with milk

Ingredientes para 2 copos:

1 pequeno pedaço de gengibre

2 Abacates

2 Tablespoons natural yoghurt

300 mililitros de leite

Preparação:

  • First peel and halve the ginger
