Blackberry Smoothie with basil
Ingredientes para 2 copos:
125 g blackberries
1 handful blueberries
1 Banana
1 punhado de folhas de manjericão
300 mililitros de água fria
Preparação:
- First sort and wash the blackberries and blueberries
- Then peel the banana and cut it in half
- Then wash the basil leaves
- Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
