Dates coconut milk Smoothie with yoghurt
Ingredientes para 2 copos:
5 Dates
1 Banana
1 handful blueberries
10 colheres de sopa de iogurte natural
300 mililitros de leite de coco
Preparação:
• First, pit the dates
- Descasque a banana e corte-a ao meio
• Sort and wash the blueberries
