Avocado yoghurt Smoothie with mangos

Ingredients for 4 glasses:

2 Mangos
2 Avocado
10 colheres de sopa de iogurte natural
200 mililitros de leite de coco 

Preparação:

• First peel the mangoes and remove the flesh from the core
• Pit the avocados and roughly chop the flesh
• Then put all the ingredients in the blender, puree and enjoy immediately
