Banana Smoothie with blueberries
Ingredientes para 2 copos:
2 ripe bananas
125 gram blueberries
7 colheres de chá de iogurte natural
300 mililitros de água fria
Preparação:
- Primeiro, descasque as bananas e quebre-as em pedaços
