Raspberry and pear Smoothie with yoghurt

Składniki na 2 szklanki:

150 gram raspberries
1 Gruszka
7 łyżek jogurtu naturalnego
300 mililitrów mleka 

Przygotowanie:

• First sort and wash the raspberries
• Now wash, core and quarter the pear
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
