Mango Apple Smoothie with Coconut Water

1 jabłko

300 milliliter coconut water 

Przygotowanie:

· First peel the mangoes and roughly chop the flesh

· Wash, core and quarter the apple

· Finally, put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and season to taste
