Cucumber apple Smoothie with mint tea
Składniki na 2 szklanki:
½ cucumber
2 zielone jabłka
300 milliliter peppermint tea
Przygotowanie:
· First boil the tea fresh and let it cool
· Wash the cucumber and cut into pieces
· Now wash, core and dice the apples
· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
