Chia spinach Smoothie with pears and water

Składniki na 2 szklanki:

4 Tablespoons chia seeds
2 gruszki
1 garść roszponki
300 mililitrów zimnej wody
Syrop z agawy 

Przygotowanie:

• First wash and core the pears and cut them into pieces
