Chia mango Smoothie with arugula and water

Ingredients for 3 glasses:

3 Teaspoon chia seeds
1 Mango
2 banany
1 garść młodego szpinaku
1 garść rukoli
320 ml cold water

Przygotowanie:

  • First wash and thoroughly clean the spinach and rocket
  • Peel the mango and roughly chop the flesh
  • Now peel the banana and cut it in half
  • Now put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and season to taste
