Banana Smoothie Camomile Tea

Składniki na 2 szklanki:

300 milliliter camomile tea

1 Banan

10 Teaspoon natural yoghurt 

Przygotowanie:

· First, boil the tea fresh and let it cool

· Peel the banana and cut it in half

· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
