Apple banana Smoothie

Ingredients for 4 glasses:

3 czerwone jabłka
2 banany
Some fresh mint (optional)
300 mililitrów zimnej wody
Honey 

Przygotowanie:

• First wash, core and roughly chop the apples
• Peel the bananas and cut into thick slices
• Optionally, wash some fresh mint
• Now put all the ingredients into a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
• At the end, season with honey, pour into the glasses and serve immediately
