Lamb’s lettuce and beetroot Smoothie
Składniki na 2 szklanki:
1 garść roszponki
1 garść młodego szpinaku
2 leaves lettuce
1 Beetroot tuber
1 awokado
320 ml cold water
Przygotowanie:
• Wash and clean the lettuce and baby spinach
• Peel and wash the beetroot and cut into large cubes
• Now halve the avocado, pit it and roughly chop the flesh
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
