Spicy tomato ginger Smoothie

Składniki na 2 szklanki:

3 Tomatoes

1 red pepper

1 mały kawałek imbiru

½ chilli pepper

300 milliliter coconut water

1 Teaspoon honey

Przygotowanie:

  • First wash the tomato, remove the stalk and dice
  • Wash, seed and also dice the pepper
