Pineapple Ginger Smoothie with Cinnamon and water

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

1 large piece of pineapple
1 banana
1 small piece of ginger
1 Teaspoon cinnamon
300 ml cold water

Preparation:

  • First peel and roughly chop the pineapple
  • Peel the banana and cut it in half
  • Then peel the ginger
  • Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
  • Finally, pour the Smoothie into the glasses and serve
