Pineapple banana Smoothie with dates

Ingredients for 4 glasses:

1 piece pineapple
1 banana
5 Teaspoon natural yoghurt
4 dates
325ml cold water 

Preparation:

• First, peel the pineapple and cut it into pieces
• Peel the bananas and cut them in half
• Now core, clean and roughly chop the dates
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
• Finally, pour the Smoothie into the glasses and serve
