Persimmon Smoothie with coconut water

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

2 Persimmons
1 handful parsley
1 handful baby spinach
300 milliliter coconut water 

Preparation:

• First, peel the persimmons and cut them into pieces
• Now wash and clean the parsley and baby spinach
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
