Pear Smoothie with macadamia nuts
Ingredients for 2 glasses:
2 Pears
1 red apple
1 handful lamb’s lettuce
1 handful macadamia nuts
300 ml almond milk
1 Teaspoon agave syrup
2 Tablespoons oat flakes (tender)
Preparation:
· First wash and core the pears and apple
· Wash and clean the lamb’s lettuce
· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
