Pear Smoothie with blueberries

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

2 Pears
1 handful blueberries
2 dried plums
300 milliliter cold water 

Preparation:

• First wash, core and quarter the pears
• Now sort and wash the blueberries
• Cut the dried plums into coarse pieces
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
