Pear persimmon Smoothie with mint
Ingredients for 2 glasses:
2 Pears
2 Persimmon fruits
1 handful fresh mint
300 milliliter water
Preparation:
- First wash and core the pears and cut them into pieces
- Wash the persimmons and cut them into pieces
- Now wash the mint
- Finish by putting all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy
