Pear Ginger Smoothie with Coconut Oil

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

2 Pears

1 small piece of ginger

2 Teaspoon coconut oil

100 ml coconut water

200 ml cold water 

Preparation:

· First wash, core and quarter the pears

· Then peel the ginger and cut it in half

· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
