Pear, coconut & blackberry
Ingredients for 2 glasses:
150 g blackberries
2 pears
1 banana
12 Teaspoon coconut oil
300 ml cold water
Preparation:
• Wash and core the pear and cut it into pieces
• Sort and wash the blackberries
• Now peel the banana and cut it in half
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
• Finally, pour the into the glasses, sweeten to taste and enjoy immediately
