Pear avocado Smoothie with coconut milk

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

2 Pears

1 Banana

1 Avocado

150 ml coconut milk

150 ml coconut water 

Preparation:

· First wash and core the pears and cut them into pieces

· Peel the banana and cut it in half

· Now pit the avocado and dice the flesh

· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
