Ingredients for 2 glasses:
1 bunch flatleaf parsley
2 beetroot tubers (precooked)
300 ml cold water
Preparation:
• Quarter the beetroot
• Now wash the parsley
• Then blend all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender and enjoy
