Papaya Smoothie with yoghurt

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

1 large piece of papaya

1 red apple

6 Teaspoon natural yoghurt

300 milliliter cold water 

Preparation:

· First peel the papaya, remove the seeds and roughly chop

· Now wash, core and quarter the apple

· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
