Papaya kiwi Smoothie with chia seeds
Ingredients for 2 glasses:
1 medium piece of papaya
2 Kiwis
2 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
300 milliliter cold water
Preparation:
• First peel and dice the papaya
• Now peel and quarter the kiwis
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
• Finish by pouring into glasses and serve
