Orange coconut Smoothie

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

4 oranges

1 Bananas

2 Apricots

300 milliliter coconut water 

Preparation:

· First peel, core and chop the oranges

· Peel the banana and break it into pieces

· Now wash, pit and roughly dice the apricots

· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
