Spinach rocket Smoothie with coconut water

Ingrediënten voor 2 glazen:

1 handvol rucola
2 Boerenkoolbladeren
2 rode appels
300 ml kokoswater 

Voorbereiding:

• First wash and clean the rocket and kale
• Wash, core and quarter the apples
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and serve
