Date Almond Milk Smoothie with Yoghurt and blueberries
Ingrediënten voor 2 glazen:
5 Dates
1 banaan
1 handvol bosbessen
10 eetlepels natuurlijke yoghurt
300 milliliter amandelmelk
Voorbereiding:
- First, pit the dates
- Peel the banana and cut it in half
- Sort and wash the blueberries
- Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
