Chia mango Smoothie met rucola en water

Ingredients for 3 glasses:

3 theelepel chiazaad
1 Mango
2 Bananen
1 handvol baby spinazie
1 handvol rucola
320 ml cold water

Voorbereiding:

  • First wash and thoroughly clean the spinach and rocket
  • Peel the mango and roughly chop the flesh
  • Now peel the banana and cut it in half
  • Now put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and season to taste
