Apple pear Smoothie with coconut water and rocket

Ingrediënten voor 2 glazen:

1 handvol rucola
1 appel
1 Peer
300 ml kokoswater

Voorbereiding:

• First wash and clean the rocket
• Wash, core and quarter the pears and apple
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and serve
