Almond Smoothie with blueberries
Ingrediënten voor 2 glazen:
5 Teaspoon oat flakes
10 theelepel natuurlijke yoghurt
150 g blueberries
1 banaan
200 milliliter whole milk
100 milliliter almond milk
Voorbereiding:
• First peel the banana and cut it in half
- Sorteer en was de bosbessen
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
