Bananen Smoothie met havermelk
Ingrediënten voor 2 glazen:
2 Bananen
1 Peer
1 rode appel
300 ml havermelk
Voorbereiding:
• First peel the bananas and break them into thick pieces
• Wash, core and quarter the pear and apple
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
