Spinach rocket Smoothie with kale

Ingrediënten voor 2 glazen:

1 handvol baby spinazie

1 handvol rucola

2 Boerenkoolbladeren

1 rode appel

300 ml koud water 

Voorbereiding:

· First wash and clean the baby spinach, rocket and kale

· Wash, core and quarter the apple

· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and serve
