Apple Smoothie with arugula

Ingrediënten voor 2 glazen:

2 groene appels

100 gram rocket

300 milliliter koud water 

Voorbereiding:

· First wash, core and quarter the apples

· Wash and clean the rocket

· Finally, put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
