Muesli almond Smoothie with berries

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

7 Teaspoon oat flakes
10 Teaspoon natural yoghurt
150 gram blueberries
100 gram blackberries
2 ripe bananas
200 milliliter whole milk
100 milliliter almond milk
1 Teaspoon honey 

Preparation:

• First peel the bananas and break them into pieces
• Sort and wash the blueberries and blackberries
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
